This week I will be serving a Greek Mac & Cheese made with imported sheep Feta, olives & tomatoes. This one you can't resist. Sorci's is considering developing it's own line of what Italians call:
"Pasta Al Forno"--Oven Baked Pasta.

3. Tre Nova from Gino Cuneo (Columbia Valley, WA fruit, barreled Oregon): Rosato, 100% sangiovese Dry Rosato from Ciel de chevall vinyards. Great acidity, fruit forward and smooth finish.
4. Sangiovese, 100% Sangiovese Waluke Slope, Horse Heaven hills and Walla Walla. Full body red wine, dark fruit with ripe cherry and blackcherry
5. Secopaso, An unique blend: 50% Sangiovese 50% Barbera Ciel de Cheva. Made amarone style drying the fruit for 4 months before barreling and pressing.
